Based on the patented Dip Pen Nanolithography® array platform, NanoInk's Human Angiogenesis Assay enables nanoscale detection, identification, and quantitation of clinically relevant, low abundance proteins typically associated with cancer and other disease states. This miniaturized immunoassay measures a panel of 10 angiogenesis biomarkers in a single sub-array: ANG, EGF, FGF, HB-EGF, HGF, IL8, Leptin, PIGF, VEGF, and PDGF-BB. The assay can deliver 100 femtograms/ml sensitivity with very small sample volumes. These ultralow sample requirements help decrease reagent costs and increase testing volumes. Since the Human Angiogenesis Assay can be completed within six hours, it also empowers multi-parallel, high throughput analysis.
