The nCounter® miRNA Expression Assay Kits enable researchers to perform direct digital detection and counting of miRNAs at single-base resolution, without the need for amplification. With multiplexed target profiling of miRNA transcriptomes in a single reaction, the miRNA kits deliver high levels of sensitivity, specificity, precision, and linearity across a wide range of research areas including oncology, neurobiology, developmental biology, and stem-cell research. The human kit contains more than 700 human and human-associated viral miRNAs derived from miRBase and is available in 12, 24, 48 and 96 reactions for use on the nCounter Analysis System.
