Introducing MISSION® esiRNA MISSION esiRNA are a novel and powerful approach to RNAi screening in mammalian cells. MISSION esiRNA are endoribonuclease prepared siRNAs synthesized by in vitro transcription of a 300-600bp gene specific double-stranded RNA, followed by enzymatic digestion. Unlike traditional methods, esiRNA incorporates a pool of hundreds of siRNAs against a single gene target. These multiple silencing triggers result in highly efficient and specific gene silencing, ensuring minimal off-target effects. Each MISSION esiRNA is guaranteed to knockdown its target gene and provides a cost-effective, proven, and simple way to perform RNAi screens. MISSION esiRNA are available for genome-scale and custom libraries, and individual genes.
