Now Available: Immunolabeling Kits for Light and Electron Microscopy
Introducing a system that offers an immunohistochemical alternative to existing immunostaining systems. These kits include: 1) a rabbit antibody (shown in red) against mouse or rat Fc portion of IgGs and 2) a mouse or rat monoclonal antibody directed against HRP (shown in black). The rabbit antibody links your primary antibody to the mouse or rat monoclonal anti-HRP antibody (immunologically bound to HRP). Contrary to HRP conjugation to the secondary antibody, a procedure which inactivates binding sites or enzymatic activity and therefore lowering the signal and increasing background, this system results in cleaner and enhanced signals for the accurate detection of antigenic sites revealed by any mouse or rat antibody.
