Long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) are represented in 4% - 9% of the mammalian genome. It was not discovered until recently that LncRNA conserved secondary structures, splicing patterns and sub-cellular localizations. The arrays we use for this service are designed for the global profiling of long transcripts, both for LncRNAs and protein coding mRNAs in human, mouse and rat samples. LncRNAs are collected from authoritative data sources including NCBI RefSeq, UCSC, RNAdb, UCRs and many other relative literatures. This capacity offers a unique opportunity to understand the intricate expression networks of the LncRNAs.
