The Duolink® reagent kit provide means to perform in situ PLA™ using two DNA labeled secondary antibodies (PLA™ probes) generating discrete spots representing individual proteins or protein events. The Duolink® PQ assay allows you to detect phosphorylation status of individual receptors in unmodified cells, localize post translational modifications and quantify the events by counting spots. We have made it easy for you -more than 100 optimized primary antibody pairs and protocols are available from Abnova for a complete phospho-specific Duolink® assay.
