Cell Sciences now offers complete 5 x 96 test monkey ELISA kits. These kits are suitable for cytokine determinations in culture supernatants, serum and plasma. All monkey kits and monkey antibody pairs have been developed for rhesus macaques. Antibodies have been tested thoroughly for cross-reactivity with naturally derived cytokines from various Old World and New World monkeys. Cross-reactivity with cytokines from other monkeys is >95%. Thus many of these kits can be used for quantifying cytokines from rhesus macaques and a variety of other monkey species. These include African green monkey, Baboon, Barbary macaque, Cynomolgus monkey , Japanese macaque, Lion-tailed macaque, Marmoset, and Pig-tailed macaque.
