Micronuclei application module will allow the user to find, evaluate and quantitate micronuclei in any nucleated cell. Image-based micronuclei assays are established methods for screening and fit well with the current repertoire of end-point assays used within MetaMorph/MetaXpress software for analysis of images acquired by the ImageXpress line of cellular imaging hardware and other automated microscopes. The Micronuclei application module allows the user to classify and quantitate multinuclear instances, recognize mitotic cells and use additional markers for further sorting based on health and cell cycle stage.
