Get More Data with Membrane-free Cell Migration and Cell Invasion Assays Utilizing a unique stopper design, Platypus Technologies has developed a new and innovative product line for researchers studying cell migration and cell invasion. The unique assay design allows for highly reproducible results obtained via a microscope, digital imaging system or fluorescence plate reader. For migration, simply adhere the seeded cells in each well, remove the stopper to create a detection zone, and measure migration. For invasion, adhere the seeded cells on a Basement Membrane Extract (BME)-coated plate, remove the stoppers, apply a BME overlay, and detect invasion.
