An Innovative Tool for High Throughput Therapeutic and Diagnostic Antibody Validation BioChain’s Frozen Tissue Array meets the US FDA requirements for IHC (Immunohistochemistry) and IVD (In vitro Diagnostic Devices) and also the European CE Mark. This tissue array has two slides which contain 30 different normal adult human tissue types with 3 donors per tissue type. This helps in speeding up antibody validation for FDA approval and provides better statistical results under FDA regulation. With human antibody validation across 30 tissues at once there is less labor and cost, and more information can be gained on expression pattern, intensity, and distribution of target proteins.
