Sigma’s PhosphoProfile™ I Phosphopeptide Enrichment Kit Captures All Phosphopeptides Without Preference Conveniently enrich phosphopeptides in a robust and unbiased manner. Mass spectrometry of phosphopeptides from tryptic protein digests is a powerful tool for characterization of phosphorylation sites. Low intrinsic abundance, inefficient ionization, and/or signal suppression may limit or prevent detection without significant enrichment. Capture phosphopeptides by this novel Ga3+ chelate in an easy-to-use, fast throughput, microscale design.
