Database of alternative splicing events The SpliceArray Portal is a web-based tool for exploring ExonHit's Alternative Splicing Database and creating custom microarrays for wet-lab use. The database contains nearly 150,000 characterized splice events from the human transcriptome. The portal allows users to search by gene or gene lists, create custom gene lists, and visualize the annotated events. Additionally, users can design custom arrays to specifically detect novel or known splice events. Please view the online demo or visit the portal for more information.
