siLentMer siRNA duplexes activate the natural RNAi processing pathway to deliver effective gene silencing at concentrations as low as 5 nM, thus reducing the potential for off-target effects. Validated siRNAs are functionally tested by RT-qPCR to guarantee >85% reduction in target mRNA levels. siRNA duplexes are also available in siLentMer siRNA transfection kits, which simplify RNAi experiments by helping to establish appropriate controls and optimize delivery conditions. These kits include a fluorescently labeled siRNA for delivery assessment, a validated and nonsilencing siRNA, and siLentFect™ lipid reagent, which is specifically designed for effective siRNA delivery with low toxicity.
