HoTaq polymerases offer fast thermocycling, 95oC, 5min (95oC, 5sec 60oC, 30sec) x50, and saves 53% running time of standard protocols. The mixes are able to amplify difficult templates, giving you more options. HoTaq PCR products are also available for probe based and Sybr Green based real-time PCR.
