The novel TAP method is based on tandem fusion tags combined with two consecutive purification steps gentle enough to leave your protein complex intact. Our InterPlay Mammalian TAP System uses standard transfection for gene delivery while our InterPlay Adenoviral TAP System combines TAP with our AdEasy™ XL adenoviral gene delivery for greater variability in cell type, dividing or non-dividing, and higher protein yield.
