For transfection of CD34+ progenitor cells using the Nucleofector™ II/2b Device Lonza offers the human CD34+ Cell Nucleofector™ Kit. Using Nucleofection™, unstimulated CD34+ cells can now be transfected non-virally. For Nucleofection™ CD34+ cells can be derived from cord blood or leukapheresis material. Both fresh and cryopreserved material can be used.
