The IMUBIND® Factor VII ELISA is an enzyme-linked immunoassay for the quantitative determination of total factor VII in plasma as well as in cell culture supernatants and purified systems. This ELISA detects free factor VII and factor VIIa, as well as complexes with Tissue Factor (TF), TF/factor VII and TF/factor VIIa.
