Flow cytometric analysis of Enriched human NK cells either (A) treated with 1:1 ratio with K562 cell line and 3 uM monensin for 5 hours or (B) untreated were stained with mouse Anti-human LAMP-1/CD107a PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-23578) and mouse Anti-human NCAM-1/CD56 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody. Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I.
