Hi all,
I'm looking for a commercial kit that will fasten stable cell line creation. It would be nice if it was a low-copy number (or better single copy) integration technology. FlpIn from Invitrogen would be an example, but I was wondering if there are other systems.
Thanks!
Sigma has some kits that might be worth looking at:

Essentially all methods will involve some sort of selection procedure. It's a bit quicker to use the entire population of resistant cells, but then you don't really know what you have in terms of integration site. Going after clones gives you more control but it takes longer. The Flp in system allows you to pick the genomic location, which is a distinct advantage.
