Thank you. But the species is not fit. Thank you all the same. I will look from NOVUS for some antibodies as you said from now on.

Novus Biologicals has an anti-Chymase monoclonal: link. It works in IHC and may cross react with rat mast cells. Seems to be the same exact one as Abcam's but cheaper.

Santa Cruz has one that is recommended for immunofluorescence; it may work for IHC: link
Santa Cruz has quite a few Abs against mast cell proteases. One of these might work: link

Abcam has an antibody that was raised against a region of human chymase that is 72% similar to the rat protein. It has been used for rat IHC (paraffin) with reasonable results: link
