Our strip-well Osteoplates feature a unique inorganic coated surface that mimics in-vivo bone and functional cell properties. Less lot-to-lot variation when compared to dentine surfaces means more consistent and reliable results.
Use our TRAP Staining Kit with Osteoplates to analyze the presence of osteoclast-specific marker tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) and easily visualize stained cells with an inverted microscope. Our Rat & Mouse Osteoclast Culture Kits contain cells and culture medium containing Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor (M-CSF) and receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-B ligand (RANKL) specifically formulated for osteoclast differentiation.
