These high performance 96-well plates are based on the Isoplate design, in which optically isolated cups are fixed in a frame constructed from a different type of plastic, and which virtually eliminates interference. In the Black & White Isoplate, white wells and black matrix provide excellent enhancement of signal in luminescence applications.
In addition to the standard Black & White Isoplate, the company also supplies Black & White Isoplate HB, with high binding properties, and Black & White Isoplate TC, a tissue culture plate with a special surface treatment. This is supplied with a lid and is individually wrapped. The polystyrene surface is treated to create high binding capacity for molecules with both hydrophilic and hydrophobic regions, such as proteins and IgG. Recommend for ELISA.
