Description
IncuCyte® NucLight Lentivirus Red Reagents enable efficient, non-perturbing nuclear labeling of live mammalian cells for real time visualization and measurements of cell counts. They provide homogenous nuclear-restricted mKate2 expression in cells without altering cell function and with minimal toxicity. The reagents are validated for use with the IncuCyte® Live-Cell Analysis System and can be combined with IncuCyte® Caspase-3/7, Annexin V or Cytotox Reagents for multiplexed measurements of apoptosis and cytotoxicity alongside cell proliferation.
