IL-17A Prom/LUCPorterTM HEK 293 is a stably transfected cell line which expresses the Renilla luciferase reporter gene under the transcriptional control of the IL-17A promoter. This cell line forms a new system designed for studying IL-17A expression and Th17 cell activities in normal or autoimmune responses. Used with ROR gamma Plasmid (IMP-121 ) and ROR gamma(t) Plasmid (IMP-122) expression vector constructs for IL-17A induction and LightSwitchâ„¢ luciferase assay reagents , the IL-17A Prom/LUCPorterTM HEK 293 cell line forms a complete package as an IL-17A Reporter Gene Assay system for screening and functional assays.
