CellKey® 96 Label-Free Cellular Analysis System from Molecular Devices LLC

Description

The CellKey® 96 System is a universal, label-free platform for real-time cell-based functional analysis of endogenous receptor targets in native cells, including primary cells. The system enables the measurement of a wide range of targets in a single-assay format, including all families of G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs), as well as tyrosine kinase receptors (TKRs), adhesion molecules, and ligand-gated ion channel activation. In particular, the system is a major breakthrough for accurate monitoring of Gái- and Gás-coupled GPCR receptors, as it overcomes many of the challenges and limitations found with the traditionally available assays. The system’s unique pathway specific response profile data, enables drug discovery researchers to easily study receptor signaling pathways to fully understand both receptor and compounds mechanism of action (MOA). By presenting a more complete picture of the complex pathways activated, scientists gain a better understanding of the whole biological picture of the cellular response.
