Description
Aminooxy CF594 is our superior deep-red fluorescent dye CF594 with an aminooxy reactive group, which can be used to label a target molecule with an aldehyde or ketone group. Aminooxy group readily reacts with an aldehyde or ketone group to form a stable linkage without the use of a reducing agent. CF594 is a superior alternative to the spectrally similar dyes Alexa Fluor 594 and Texas Red dye owing to its exceptional brightness and photostability. The dye is particularly useful to combine with our blue fluorescent CF350, green fluorescent CF488A and far red CF633 or CF647 for multi-color imaging.
